This spring I stood in my kitchen watching rain come down on the inside of my window...a new roof was mandatory! I called numerous roofing companies for estimates, some returned the calls, some didn't. Four quotes later, and a family friend was chosen for his "deal". Many calls later and months passed by as I awaited his confirmation to begin work. Eventually, I started to make arrangements for choice #2. During this decision, my son suggested his friends neighbor, Ben. Ben had just began his employment at Best Choice Roofing in sales. Immediately after reaching out to him, the next day he arrove at my home with his supervisor, Sage, and a team of new employees in training. All who arrived were super friendly, professional, and excited to begin their new endeavors with BCR. Together they surveyed, measured, took photos and prepared the data for an estimate. I truly enjoyed their initiative and presentation. I then awaited to hear back from Ben (and Sage) with the cost for their services. The next day, I heard back from Ben and we scheduled the return date to discuss the pricing.
Honestly, the price was above choice #2, but I was impressed with the customer service I received from them and they were hired.
While awaiting the installation date, I decided that I wanted to add gutters onto my order. This lead to confusion and some miscommunication...I almost canceled the job! Then ...WOW! The GM of Pittsburgh called me, also named Ben, cleared everything up, and helped me more than anticipated!!! The customer service I received was beyond impressive, it was phenomenal 👏
The roof and gutters have now been completed...Gorgeous, Beautiful, Lovely! The crews who installed roof/gutters were meticulous in every aspect of their work! They were so impressive, my neighbor even tipped them because he had never seen a job so well done!
BCR is worth every dollar and then some. I couldn't be more pleased with making the "BEST CHOICE" for my roofing needs.
